In this table we explain (very easily) how to prepare everything perfectly at home. Everything has already been prepared so it's just about heating and garnishing.

ALL OUR CONTAINERS ARE OVEN PROOF.

 Please, remove lids when heating your yummies, unless instructed otherwise on table below.

Below you will find further instructions, a photo per dish, and garnishing suggestions. Enjoy!

CRÈME DE GANNOUSH &

PUMPKIN HUMMUS

  • Put the Lebanese crackers in a nice bowl for the Pumpkin Hummus & Créme de Gannoush dip

BALAGAN

CAULIFLOWER

  • Place the cauliflower in a preheated oven at 180° for 10 minutes until it is warm.

  • Place the cauliflower in a nice bowl, finish with cold tahini sauce. 

  • Finish with garnish/flower (see picture).

SACRED COQUILLE

  • Preheat the scallop 180 ° until the butter has melted, 5 to 6 minutes, (a scallop is better baked too little than too far)

  • Take a bowl and garnish with hay. Then place the coquile in the bowl of hay.

HOLY PEA SOUP

  • Take the jars out of the refrigerator 15 minutes before serving so soup is no longer ice cold.

  • This sexy soup is best when consumed cold.

  • Garnish with a flower of choice.

GREATEST CATCH

OF THE DAY

  • Take out the tray from the refrigerator at least 30 minutes beforehand

  • Heat for about 12 minutes in 180° preheated oven

  • It is best to serve this on a deep plate

  • Garnish this yummy dish with green leaves or flowers

WAGYU KEBAB

  • Heat the Wagyu in a preheated oven for about 8 minutes, depending on the desired baking method.

  • Serve on a flat plate, finish with onion and parsley salad.

SLOWCOOKED

EPAULE D’AGNEAU

  • Place the Epaulde D’agneau and the yellow beets for about 15 to 20 minutes in a preheated oven at 180 ° (this one with lid to keep it nice & juicy)

  • Afterwards, put the artichokes on a plate and arrange the yellow beets on top

  • Finish with cold black garlic sauce and sprinkle with a spoonful of dukkah.

KOOL RABI FRIES

  • Simple, this dish is already completely finished. Place it in a bowl and enjoy!

TARTELETTE PISTACHIO & MERENGUE

  • This yummy dessert is ready to eat. Just take it out of the fridge 15 minutes in advance to obtain the ideal temperature

KISS MY RICEBALLS CROQUETTE

  • Heat the croquettes for about 10 minutes in a preheated oven at 180°

  • This includes the cold cucumber labneh for dipping the croquette.

  • Garnish a cucumber roll on the labneh for the best result, you can also garnish the croquette with a flower of choice.

HOLY PEA SOUP

JERUSALEM'S ARTICHOKE

  • Place the Jerusalem Artichoke and the yellow beets for about 20 minutes in a preheated oven at 180 ° (this one with lid to keep it nice & juicy)

  • Afterwards, put the artichokes on a plate and arrange the yellow beets on top

  • Also put on top the cold chic’o red (witloof)

  • Finish with cold black garlic sauce and sprinkle with a spoonful of dukkah.
